What we collect and why

If you subscribe to our newsletter we process your email address for the sole purpose of sending the newsletter. We do not sell your data.

Legal basis

Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) plus prior marketing consent under the Polish Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej (PKE). You give it by ticking the consent box and confirming via the double opt-in email.

Retention

Until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe, after which your address is removed from the active list.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (one-click unsubscribe in every email). You may lodge a complaint with the Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO).

Processors and international transfer

Our newsletter is sent via MailerLite under a data-processing agreement. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, standard contractual clauses or an adequacy mechanism apply.
